Holy Family Convent School & Junior College

We are based out in Gokhiware, which is in the Vasai East part of Palghar. It’s a busy suburban area and we’ve been part of the community here for quite some time. We have both the school and the junior college on the same site. It’s a pretty large place compared to some of the smaller schools around here. The mornings are usually a bit of a scramble getting everyone into their classrooms on time. We have a mix of old and new sections in the building. It’s a practical environment for learning. We don't put on a lot of airs. The staff is mostly local and we’ve seen many families send their kids here year after year. The playground gets a lot of use during the breaks. We have the usual administrative offices where we handle the fees and the paperwork. It’s a lot of work keeping a place this size running smoothly. We’re right in the middle of a residential pocket, so there are always parents dropping by to check on things or ask about the schedule. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just open the gates every morning and do our jobs. It’s a straightforward place with a lot of history in the Gokhiware neighborhood. We deal with the day-to-day things like fixing leaky taps or organizing the school assemblies. It's just what we do here in Vasai East.
