Pritech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is located at A-12 in the Mitul Industrial Estate on Sativali Road. This is over in Vasai East. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there is always something going on nearby. Our unit isn't massive, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time in the workshop area and the small office space attached to it. The air usually smells like metal and oil, which is pretty common for an engineering place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. The floors might have a few stains, and the desks are cluttered with drawings and tools. Sativali Road can be a real headache with traffic, especially in the evenings, but we’ve learned to work around it. Most of the guys here have been with us for a bit, so we know how each other works. We don't have a big human resources department or a marketing wing. It’s just us engineers and technicians making things happen. We take the work as it comes and try to be as practical as possible about everything. Being in Vasai means we are a bit away from the main city rush, but the industrial estate has its own kind of energy. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on the machinery and the projects on our table without much fuss or overcomplicating things. It is just a straightforward engineering shop where people put in their hours.
