Kwality Engg. Corporation

Kwality Engg. Corporation is over at Plot No 198, Sector -1, in the Vasai Taluka Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here depending on where you're coming from, but it’s a good spot for an engineering shop. The workshop is usually full of the sound of lathes and milling machines running. We’ve got a mix of older equipment and some newer stuff, and there’s always someone busy working on a part or measuring something with a caliper. The floor is concrete and usually has some metal shavings or oil spots, which is pretty standard for a place like ours. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any air conditioning in the main work area, just some big fans to move the air around. Our office is just a corner where we handle the billing and talk to the suppliers. We wear work boots and simple clothes because things get messy pretty fast when you're dealing with engineering jobs. The industrial estate has a lot of small units like ours, so we often chat with the guys next door during tea breaks. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, which is annoying, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just enjoy the process of making things and fixing mechanical parts for the people who come to us. It’s a straightforward way to make a living.
