Jyoti Engineers

Our workshop is at Gala No. 13 in the Akshay Industrial Estate. We are on Navghar Road in Vasai East. It’s a typical engineering shop where we handle a lot of metalwork and machining. The estate is always buzzing with activity from all the other units around us. We have been here for some years and have seen plenty of people come and go. The work is physical and often messy. We have several lathes and milling machines that take up most of our floor space. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once. We usually have a few different jobs going on at the same time. Some are small repairs for local people, while others are larger batches of parts for other companies. We don't have a fancy reception area; if you want to talk to us, you usually have to walk right into the shop. The guys working here are good at what they do and they don’t mind getting their hands dirty. Vasai East has grown a lot, and the industrial side of it is really packed now. We find that we are always busy with something. We don’t do much advertising because our work usually speaks for itself among the people who know us. It’s a basic setup but it works for us. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the metal is cut the way it should be.
