Hari Om Engineering

Our workshop is at Gala No. 1-B in the Munshi Compound. It’s tucked behind the Shell Petrol Pump on Mira Road East. To find us, you have to go down Masjid Galli. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Kashimira. Hari Om Engineering is a small operation. We do mostly mechanical and fabrication work. It’s a humble space. We don’t have any air conditioning or fancy desks. Just workbenches and the tools we need to get the job done. We’ve been here for a good while now. The compound is always full of people working on different things. There is a lot of noise and the smell of oil and metal everywhere. We like the grit of it. Most of our customers are from the local area. They know they can drop by and talk to us directly. We don't have a front desk or a secretary. You just walk into the gala and find one of us. We work on various parts and repairs. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because the lane gets muddy and messy, but we keep the work moving. It’s a practical life. We aren't looking for global fame or anything. We just want to do right by the people who trust us with their machines. It’s about making things work and making sure they stay fixed. Just regular guys in a regular workshop doing our best every single day of the week.
