Gurbani Engineering Works

Gurbani Engineering Works is located in Bhayander East. We are in the Ravi Raj Industrial Estate, specifically at Gala No 8 on Krishna Lane. It’s an industrial area, so it’s loud and there’s always grease on the floor. We’ve been here for years. The shop is filled with tools and machines that have been around as long as I have. It’s not a clean, modern factory. It’s a workshop where we get our hands dirty every day. We do a lot of metal work and repairs. People bring in parts that are broken, and we see if we can fix them. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day just getting them started. That's just part of the job. We don't have a website or a social media page. If people need us, they just walk into the estate and find Gala No 8. We’re usually there from early morning until late evening. The heat in the summer can be pretty bad with all the metal around. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. It’s a small crew. We know each other well and we don't need a lot of rules. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a practical business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and make things out of steel. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks during the afternoon.
