Avon Engineering Works

We are located at Unit No. 10 in the Mohna Industrial Estate, Number 2, which is just behind Tirupati Udyog Nagar in the Sativali area of Vasai East. Our workshop is a real engineering space, meaning it’s often loud and there’s always the smell of metal and oil in the air. We’ve got different machines set up throughout the unit, and there isn't much in the way of fancy office space. It’s mostly just the shop floor where all the fabrication and repair work happens. Sativali is a bit of a trek for some, but for an engineering works like ours, it’s the right place to be surrounded by other industrial businesses. We spend our days working on various parts and projects that come through the door. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the afternoon, so we have to do a big sweep before we head home. We have a small corner with a table where we can look at drawings or have a quick tea break. It’s a hardworking environment, and we don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. Most of us have been working with machines for most of our lives, so we’re comfortable in this kind of setting. It’s a bit hot in the summer under the industrial roofing, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the job. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place where we focus on getting the engineering right for our customers. We’ve been here for many years now.
