Our setup is located in the Savitribai Phule Society in Osmanabad. It’s at the home of Smt. Dropati Ramling Bansode. We didn't want a big office in a commercial building because that’s not who we are. We are mostly focused on the products that come from this specific hilly and grassy terrain of Osmanabad. The land here can be tough, but it produces good stuff if you treat it right. We work with local growers who have been on this land for decades. Most of what we do involves collecting the harvest and finding the right place to sell it. It’s a lot of coordination over tea and local snacks. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. If you want to talk to us, you usually just stop by. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we always make sure things are fair for the farmers. We’ve seen the seasons change and the challenges that come with each one. Whether it’s a dry spell or too much rain at once, we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a small operation, really just a few people trying to make sense of the market. We take pride in knowing exactly where our products come from. It’s all about the local community here in Osmanabad and making sure the small growers don’t get left behind. We just take it day by day.
