Chundeshwari Agro Producer Company Limited is located at Nivroti Dagadu Sontakke’s place in Chorakhali. That’s in the Kallam area of Osmanabad district. It’s a bit out of the way, but that’s where the land is, so that’s where we are. We work with a lot of the local growers around here. Our setup is pretty basic, just an office in a house where we keep all our ledgers and talk to the members. Osmanabad can be a tough place for farming because of the water, but we do our best with what we have. We aren’t interested in fancy talk or big advertisements. We just focus on the agro side of things and making sure our produce is decent. People in Chorakhali know us by name, not just the company title. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between different plots and checking on the growth. It's a slow process, farming, and you can't rush it. We’ve had good years and bad ones, but we’re still here. The address might be hard to find if you aren't from around here, but everyone in the village can point you to Nivroti’s place. We’re just trying to keep the tradition of farming alive while trying out some newer ways to organize ourselves. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it day by day. No big frills, just regular people working the soil and getting things to market. It's what we know how to do best, really.
