Our spot is over at Plot No. A 87 in the Midc area of Osmanabad. We share some space with Dr Packaging there. It is a practical choice because it puts us right where things are moving. Bhairoba Agro is what we call our group, and it is made up of local farmers who were tired of seeing middlemen take most of the profit while we did all the sweating in the sun. We decided to pool our resources so we could buy things like fertilizer in bulk and maybe get a better price when we sell. It is a simple setup, really. We don't have any marketing people or slick brochures. If you come by, you will likely see us in our dusty clothes talking about the crop prices or the price of diesel. The Midc area is busy, but we stay focused on our own work. We are just trying to survive in a tough industry where the weather is always against you. Being in Osmanabad, we know the local soil and what it can do if you treat it right. We are not looking to become some giant corporation, we just want to make sure our members can keep their farms going for another year. That is the whole story of us.
