Divyasham Agrovision Producer Company Limited is located right near the MIDC Corner in Osmanabad. We use the space at Suresh Anandrao Deshmukh's place, which is close to the main post office. This part of Maharashtra can be really tough for farming because of the heat and the lack of consistent rain. We set this company up because we felt that by working together, we might have a better shot at making a living. We call it Agrovision, but really, our goal is just making sure everyone has enough to get by for the next year. The office is a busy spot, especially when the season is changing. It’s not very organized, with stacks of documents and bags of samples sitting in the corners. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a team of experts. We are just farmers who have learned the hard way how to manage a business. Most of our meetings happen over cups of tea, and there’s usually a lot of noise coming from the street outside. It’s a practical place for practical people. We help each other out with getting the right inputs and trying to find fair buyers for our produce. If you need to find us, just head to the MIDC Corner and look for the Deshmukh place. We are almost always there, unless it’s a harvest day and we’re all out in the fields working under the sun.
