Maruti Driving School

We've been running Maruti Driving School here at the Sai Service Station for a while now. It's inside the Mapusa Industrial Estate, Plot No D2-9. If you know the area, it's pretty busy during the day with all the trucks and workers moving around. We have a few cars parked outside and a small desk inside where we handle the paperwork. Mostly, we just spend our time out on the roads with people who are nervous about getting behind the wheel for the first time. Goa roads can be tricky, especially in the rainy season when everything gets slippery. We try to teach people how to handle the clutch and brakes without stalling in the middle of traffic. It's not always easy, and sometimes the cars get a bit dusty from the estate roads, but we keep them running. Usually, someone is here by nine in the morning to start the first lesson. We see a lot of young folks from around Mapusa wanting to get their license so they can get to work or help their families. We don't do anything fancy here. It's just about sitting in the car, checking the mirrors, and learning how to park without hitting the curb. Sometimes we take a break at the local tea stall nearby when things are slow. If you're looking for us, just head into the industrial area and look for the Sai Service sign. It's a practical place for practical learning. We've seen a lot of people come and go, and it's nice to see them driving around town later on.
