Maa Rani Sati Products

Our small workshop is located at 1/10717 in Subhash Park. If you are familiar with Naveen Shahdara, you know it’s a packed area, but our little corner is actually okay. We started Maa Rani Sati Products as a family effort and it’s stayed that way ever since. It’s not a massive factory with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything gets packed and sent out properly. Most of us live right around the corner, so we just walk to work every morning. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we spend most of our lives. We don't have a fancy office or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just handle the products and try to do a good job of it. My brother handles most of the paperwork on a small desk near the door, while the rest of us are usually in the back. During the summers, it gets quite hot, so we keep the fans running all day. We know all the neighbors and the shopkeepers on the street. It’s a very local vibe. We don’t really do advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or they just see the sign. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure the work gets finished before we go home.
