S.V. Tools Co. is tucked away at 4428, Gali Shahtaraajmeri Gate. If you know this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes are and how much metal gets moved around every single day. Our shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have what people need when they are looking for specific tools. The shelves are packed tight, and there’s always a bit of dust on the boxes because that’s just how it is in Gali Shahtaraajmeri Gate. We spend a lot of time talking to mechanics and contractors who stop by. Sometimes they’re looking for something we haven't seen in years, and we have to go digging in the back. It’s loud out on the street with the rickshaws and the loaders, but inside we just focus on the orders. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a tight-knit community where a handshake still means something. We don't have a website with bells and whistles; we just have our physical stock and the knowledge of how each tool works.
