Frontier Trading Co (Regd.) has been tucked away in Lajpat Rai Market for a long time. Our shop is number 518. If you’ve ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how hectic it gets. It’s a maze of shops and people everywhere. We are right in the middle of all that chaos. We trade in various goods, mostly electronics and small parts. The shop is small and packed from floor to ceiling with boxes. It’s a bit of a squeeze when customers come in, but we make it work. We’ve known the other shopkeepers in the market for years. It’s a real community here, even if it’s loud and crowded. We don't have a website or any fancy social media. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until the market closes. People know they can come to us if they need something specific. Sometimes we have to dig through piles of stock to find what a customer wants, but we usually have it somewhere. The air in Chandni Chowk is always full of different smells and sounds. It can be exhausting, but we enjoy the energy of the market. We are just regular traders trying to make a living and help our customers find what they need.
