Shelley Industries

Shelley Industries has been operating out of Vijay Nagar Pradhan Market for a long time now. We are located at Nirankari Colony 9, which is a busy area where a lot of stuff happens all at once. The workshop is always full of noise from the machines running and people moving things around. It's not the quietest place to work but we are used to it by now. We handle a lot of different orders and sometimes the floor gets covered in scraps and materials. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been here since the start. We keep a stack of ledgers on the old wooden desk near the entrance to track everything. The front door sticks a bit when it rains, but we just give it a good kick. Being in the market means there's always someone stopping by to chat or ask about a delivery. We don't have a big fancy office, just some chairs and a fan that squeaks. Most of our day is spent making sure the production doesn't stop. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, eating lunch while sitting on the packing crates. It’s a lot of manual labor and getting our hands dirty is just part of the job. There’s a small shop across the street that sells snacks, so we usually have those for our evening break. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on.
