M.B.Engineering Works

At M.B. Engineering Works, we spend our days at A-535 in Shastri Nagar. It’s more of a workshop than a fancy office. There is usually the sound of machines or tools going in the background. We handle a variety of engineering tasks and repairs. It’s hands-on work. Most of us have grease on our hands by the end of the day. New Delhi is a place where things are always breaking or needing a custom part, and that’s where we come in. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. If you walk in, you’ll likely see us working on something at a bench. Shastri Nagar is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses like ours. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and we know how to fix things. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just show them what’s wrong and how we’re going to fix it. The shop can get pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. It’s not the cleanest place because of the metalwork and oil, but it’s where the real work happens. We take things as they come. Sometimes a big job comes in and we have to work extra hours. Other times it’s just small repairs. We don’t do much advertising. People just know we are at A-535 and they bring their stuff over when they need it sorted out. We just keep our tools sharp and ready.
