R. D. Engineering Works

Being out in Narela means dealing with the industrial park pace every single day. R. D. Engineering Works is split between two spots, J 2848 and E652, so we are often moving back and forth across the Dsidc area. It is a massive place, and the roads can be a real headache when the trucks are loading up. Inside the sheds, it is all about the machinery and the smell of cutting oil. It gets quite hot under the tin roofs in the middle of summer, but we have some big fans that help a little. We have been operating here for a good amount of time, mostly just focusing on getting orders finished and out the door. The workbench is always cluttered with blueprints and tools that never seem to stay where you put them. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a front desk with a receptionist. It is usually just one of us answering the phone with a loud voice so we can be heard over the noise of the machines. The industrial park has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. We take our breaks when we can, usually sitting on plastic chairs outside the entrance. The commute to Narela is long for some of the guys, but they show up anyway. We do what we know how to do, which is working with metal and making sure things are built solid.
