S R Tools Co is tucked away in Hauz Qazi, at 4787/22 in Summi Market. We are on the ground floor near Phatak Namak. It is a very old part of the city, and the markets here are famous for being tightly packed and full of history. Our shop is just one of many, but we’ve been holding our spot here for a good number of years. Being on the ground floor helps because we deal with heavy tools, and moving them in and out of the market can be a real challenge if you have to go up stairs. The area around Phatak Namak is always buzzing with people, carts, and deliveries. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, but for us, it’s just another day at the office. We spend most of our time organizing our inventory and helping customers find the right tool for their specific needs. It’s a small space, so we have to be smart about how we stack things. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People come here because they know we have what they need or we can find it for them. It’s a traditional way of doing business, based on being there every day and knowing the products we sell. We just keep it simple and stay focused on the tasks at hand.
