Randhawa Engg Works

Randhawa Engg Works is based at B-50 Gt Karnal Road Industrial Area. If you know the area, you know it’s a hub for engineering and transport. We’ve been here in this unit for a long time. The building is a bit grey and the sign outside has faded a little over the years, but inside, we’re always busy. We do a lot of heavy lifting and metalwork. It’s the kind of place where you need to watch where you step because there’s always something being welded or moved around. We have some old machines that still run better than the new ones, and we take care of them. The morning starts with opening the heavy shutters and letting some air in. Traffic on GT Karnal Road is usually backed up, so we hear the honking all day long. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor with a wrench or a torch. We handle various engineering jobs, mostly just taking the blueprints people bring us and making them into something real. It’s not a clean job, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep our notes on scraps of paper and in old notebooks. It’s a simple way of running things, but it has worked for us for years. We just keep our heads down and work.
