Rajpal Hardwares

Rajpal Hardwares is located at 4040 Hauz Qazi, right near the Ajmeri Gate. This part of the city is very old and the buildings all have a lot of character. Our shop is on the ground floor and we have been here for a long time. Hauz Qazi is known for being a hub for hardware and metal goods, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It is a very busy area, especially in the mornings when the deliveries start arriving. We have a lot of heavy stock that takes up most of the room in the shop. There is barely enough space for two people to stand at the counter sometimes. We don't mind the tight space though, as it keeps everything within reach. We know most of the other shopkeepers around Ajmeri Gate and we often help each other out. The building we are in has thick walls that keep it somewhat cool in the summer, which is a blessing. We have an old desk where we keep our accounts and a small radio that plays the news. It is not a modern store by any means, but it works for us and our customers. We provide what people need without any fuss or complicated processes. It is just about being here every day and doing the work that needs to be done.
