R A Tool & Traders is right in the thick of it at 3649 Chawri Bazar, specifically in Lohe Wali Gali. If you know Chawri Bazar, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes are, and Lohe Wali Gali is no different. It’s a constant rush of people, carts, and rickshaws outside our door. Our shop is small and packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of things. We’ve been here for years, and sometimes it feels like the inventory has a mind of its own. We don't have a website or a marketing department. We just stand behind the counter and talk to whoever walks in from the street. The air in the lane is usually thick with the smell of metal and old buildings. It’s a historic part of town, and we are just one small part of that history. We know the vendors next to us and we’ve seen generations of customers come through this alley. Working here requires a bit of patience because of the noise and the lack of space, but it’s what we are used to. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People come to us because they know we are at 3649 and we’ve been here forever. It’s a simple life of trading and talking shop in a very busy part of the city. We wouldn't know what to do with a quiet office space or fancy carpeted floors.
