Punjab Tools Store (Regd.)

We’ve been at 1100 Bazar Maliwara in Chandni Chowk for a very long time. If you’ve ever walked through the narrow lanes of the bazaar, you know how crowded and busy it can get. Our store is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of tools. We have hammers, wrenches, saws, and things you might not even know the names of. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside the shop, especially when we have a few customers in at the same time. We don't have a fancy display or air conditioning. It’s just an old-fashioned tool store where you can get what you need. My family has been running this place, and we know our inventory by heart. You don't need a computer to tell you where a specific drill bit is when you’ve spent twenty years looking at the same shelves every day. We get all kinds of people coming in. Some are professionals looking for a specific brand, and others are just neighbors needing a screwdriver to fix something at home. We don't do any big promotions or sales. Our reputation here in Chandni Chowk is enough to keep us busy. The bazaar is noisy and dusty, but it’s home to us. We open the shutters every morning and wait for the first customer. It’s a simple life. We sell tools that last, and we tell people the truth.
