New Tools & Equipents is located at 289 Angoori Bagh. We are tucked into Krishna Gali, which is part of the Chhota Bazar area near Kashmere Gate. It is a very old part of the city, and the streets are quite narrow. You can't really bring a big car down here, so most people just walk or use scooters. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of items. Sometimes it is hard to find exactly what you are looking for, but we usually know where everything is hidden. We’ve been in this market for a long time. It’s a noisy place with people shouting and horns honking all day long. We don't have a showroom or any fancy displays. The goods are just stacked up where they fit. We spend most of our time dealing with the mechanics and builders who come in from the surrounding neighborhoods. They know they can find us here even when the weather is bad. We keep the fans running to stay cool, but it’s still a bit stuffy in the back. There is always a lot of dust because of all the metal and wood around, but nobody really minds. We aren't trying to be the most modern shop in Delhi. We just want to provide the tools that people need to get their own jobs done. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy every single day.
