Neelgagan Enterprises

Neelgagan Enterprises is located in Bhola Ram Market, right at Mori Gate. This is an old part of Delhi, and you can feel it in the air as soon as you arrive. The buildings are close together and the lanes are very narrow. Our address is 3626/42. It is a bit of a maze if you are not used to walking these streets. We deal with a lot of different things here, mostly small parts and supplies. The shop is filled with cardboard boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to use a wooden ladder just to find what a customer is asking for. It is not a high-end store with glass windows and carpets. The floor is plain concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it is a working space for us. We are busy from the moment we open the shutters in the morning. People come here because they know we have the stuff they need for their repairs or their own small businesses. We do not have a fancy computer system to track every single item; a lot of it is just knowing where things are kept on the shelves. The noise from the main road is constant, but inside the market, it is a different kind of busy. We know the other shop owners well and we borrow change from each other often.
