We've been at 3641/42 Chawri Bazar for quite a while now. My father started things here in Jhalani Market and now we just keep it going every day. It’s a busy spot. If you’ve ever walked through Chawri Bazar, you know how crowded it gets with all the carts and people moving stuff around. We mostly deal with what people need for their projects or shops. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular shop where we keep track of everything in big ledgers and spend most of our time talking to customers who walk in. Some days it’s quiet, but usually, there’s always someone asking for something specific. We try to stock what’s needed locally. We don't have a big website or a social media team. It’s just us here from morning until the market closes in the evening. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for deliveries to reach on time, but that's just life in this part of Delhi. We know most of the people around here by name since we’ve been in the same market for so many years. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sitting near the entrance. We handle the paperwork ourselves and make sure the orders are packed properly. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the inventory in such a tight space, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our job day in and day out at Raj Kumar Gupta & Sons.
