You can find us right in the middle of Shiva Market, specifically at 4989/7 over in the Phatak Badal Beg area. Hauz Qazi is always crowded, so if you're coming to see us, be prepared for some noise and narrow lanes. We deal with precision fasteners, which basically means lots of small parts like bolts and screws that need to be exactly the right size. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes. It’s a bit cramped, but we know where every single size is kept. We’ve been in this market for years, and it hasn't changed much, though the traffic seems to get worse every year. Most of our customers are people who have been buying from us for a long time. They know we have the specific items that are hard to find elsewhere. It’s dusty work, and our hands are usually a bit greasy from handling the metal parts all day. We don’t have a website that works very well, and we mostly just talk to people face-to-face or over the phone. It’s a traditional way of doing business, but it works for us. When the market gets busy, it’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just how things are in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and count out the orders as they come in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use flashlights, but we stay open until the sun goes down and we finish the day's tasks.
