Nannai Mal Janki Das

Chawri Bazar is always a bit of a mess with the crowds. That’s where Nannai Mal Janki Das is located. We are tucked away in Gali Bajrang Bali at number 3664. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows everyone else. We’ve been in this spot for years, dealing with the daily chaos of the market. Our shop is small. It's packed to the ceiling with stock. You have to watch your step sometimes. We don't have a big website or a sales team. People just find us by walking through the gali. It’s a traditional way of doing things, I suppose. The walls are old. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with the locals and the regulars who have been coming to this lane for decades. It gets loud outside with the rickshaws and people shouting. Inside, we just keep busy with the inventory. It’s a family-run kind of feeling here. We don't use fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in. If you need something from the back, someone will go climb the ladder to get it. That’s just life at 3664 Chawri Bazar. It is a very busy place and the smells of the market are always around us. We just focus on the hardware and tools we sell. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to sell the items to people who need them. It's how my father did it and how we do it now.
