N S Tools Store

N S Tools Store is at Shop No 3629 in Chawri Bazar, very close to the metro station. If you know Chawri Bazar, you know how packed it gets with rickshaws and people everywhere. Our shop is small, but we pack it from floor to ceiling with all kinds of tools. We have wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, and things I don’t even know the names of sometimes. It’s a bit of a maze inside. Most people find us because they’re getting off the metro and need something quick for a repair. We’ve been here for years, and the walls are covered in old posters and shelves that are sagging a bit under the weight of the steel. It’s always loud outside, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We don’t have air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that push the hot air around. We sell things one by one or in bulk, depending on who walks in. The floor is concrete and pretty worn down from all the heavy boxes being dragged across it. We open early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything in such a small space, but we manage. People know if they need a specific tool, we probably have it hidden somewhere in the back. It's just a regular local shop.
