Midland Tools & Technical Pvt., Ltd is tucked away in Phatak Namak, specifically at Shop No. 25. We are right there in Hauz Qazi, Chawri Bazar, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. Being near the Metro Station helps a lot because the traffic on the roads around here is usually a nightmare. Our shop is 4788/89, and it’s not the biggest place you’ve ever seen. We’ve got tools and technical parts stacked up pretty high to make the most of the space we have. It’s a bit of a maze inside. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for something very specific for their own jobs. We spend a lot of time looking through catalogs and boxes to find the right bit or piece. The air in Chawri Bazar always smells like old buildings and metal. We’ve been part of this market for a long time. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours standing on the shop floor. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone tells someone else about us, and that’s how they find the shop. We keep our ledgers and talk to the customers like we’ve known them forever. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here amidst all the noise and the crowds of the market area where everything moves fast.
