M. P. Engineering Works

You can find us at B-73 on G. T. Karnal Road in the Industrial Area. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of place. M. P. Engineering Works has been at this address for a long time. The building shows its age a bit, but the structure is solid. We spend most of our days out on the floor with the machines. It’s noisy and there’s always a bit of smoke or steam in the air depending on what we are cutting or welding. We don't have an HR department or a marketing team. If you call, one of us will wipe our hands on a rag and pick up the phone. We work with our hands and we get dirty doing it. That’s the way it’s always been here. The walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves over the years. We have a small area where we keep the finished pieces before they get picked up. It’s not organized like a supermarket, but we know what is what. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job that’s being picked up at dawn. It’s just the two or three of us mostly, making sure the work is done properly. We don't spend money on fancy signs. People know the blue door on G. T. Karnal Road and they know they’ll find us inside working.
