Kumar Enterprises

Kumar Enterprises is located at 32 Usha Niketan, right on Bunglow Road in Kamla Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, especially with the university students always around. Usha Niketan is an older building with a lot of history to it. We’ve set up our office here and it feels like a solid place to be. The rooms have high ceilings, and even though we’ve filled them with shelves and desks, it still feels a bit spacious. Bunglow Road is always humming with activity. You have the shops, the food stalls, and people just walking by all day. We spend our time here mostly keeping things organized. It’s not a high-tech setup. We use regular pens and paper as much as we use computers. We like the personal touch of doing things ourselves. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but you get used to the background noise after a week or two. We don't have a PR person or a big brand strategy. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we say we’re going to do. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need many meetings to know what's going on. We just get to work and try to stay productive until the evening rolls around. It's a decent way to make a living in a busy city and we are content.
