Nirmal Singh & Sons

Nirmal Singh & Sons is over in Anangpur Dairy, which is part of Sector-37 in Faridabad City. It’s more of a neighborhood spot than those big commercial centers you see elsewhere. We’ve been here for a long time, and most of the people who stop by are folks who live around the dairy or in the nearby blocks. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a room with our things and a few chairs for when someone wants to sit and talk for a minute. My sons and I handle most of the daily stuff ourselves. In the mornings, you can hear the cows and the trucks moving around the dairy area, which is just how it is around here. The road gets a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floor so it doesn't look too bad. We don't really do much advertising or anything because everyone knows the name and where we are located. It’s a quiet kind of life compared to the main city traffic. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down and the streetlights come on. Sometimes we have tea brought over from the stall down the road and just wait for the next person to walk in. It's a family thing, and we just keep it going one day at a time without making a big fuss about it. That’s pretty much us.
