We are located at 3641, Gali Lohewali, right in the heart of Chawri Bazar. If you’ve ever walked through these lanes, you know it’s a world of its own. Gali Lohewali is famous for iron and tools, and our shop at 3641 has been part of that for many years. The building is old, with thick walls and high ceilings that keep it a bit cooler, though it still gets stuffy. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright signs. It’s mostly just shelves and shelves of heavy metal tools and hardware. The sound of the market is always there—carts rattling on the stones and people bargaining outside. We don’t do much in the way of advertising. People know we are here at 3641 because we’ve been here so long. We spend our days digging through stock to find exactly what a customer needs. It’s a bit cluttered, and there’s always dust on the boxes, but that’s normal here. The team is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while we handle the paperwork. We don’t use big words or try to act like a huge corporation. We just know our tools and we know the bazar. It’s a simple, hardworking life in a very crowded part of the city, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep the doors open.
