Our office is on the 3rd floor of Amit Plaza, right by Somajiguda Circle. It’s a busy intersection, so we see a lot of activity from our windows. Indwell Resources Pvt. Ltd. is a small operation, and we like it that way. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of people in suits running around. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, working on the computers and making calls. The office is a bit crowded with files and old folders, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time dealing with resources and logistics, which means a lot of spreadsheets and emails. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. We aren't interested in being a big corporate name. We just want to get our daily tasks done and make sure the projects we are involved in are moving along. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually grab a quick drink in the afternoon. It’s a practical workspace for real people. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just show up every morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s simple and it works for what we do. We try to keep the plants in the corner alive, but we usually forget to water them. We keep a few extra chairs for visitors, though they usually end up holding folders.
