Hookups Cafe N Lounge

So, we’ve been running this place, Hookups Cafe N Lounge, for a while now over in GTB Nagar. You can find us at Shop Number 17 right on Hudson Lane, which is usually pretty packed with college kids most days of the week. We’re right opposite Nirankari Jewellers, so it’s not too hard to spot if you’re walking down the main stretch. The morning starts with getting the chairs ready and checking the kitchen supplies. It’s a small shop but it gets the job done when people want a place to sit for a bit. There is always noise coming from the street, and Delhi heat is something else in the summers, but the fans keep it okay inside. We don't do anything too fancy or complicated here. It’s mostly just making sure the coffee is hot and the snacks are ready when the lunch rush starts. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when too many people show up at once, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open and others close, but we’re still here doing our thing on the ground floor. It’s a simple setup. We don't have some big corporate team behind us, just a few of us making sure things run like they should every day. People come in, chat for a while, and then head back to their classes or work. That’s about it.
