We are based out of G-18/34 in Sector 15, Rohini. It is a quieter part of the city compared to the main commercial hubs, which is nice for getting work done. Our office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of shipping documents piled up. Since we handle exports, our schedule depends a lot on what’s happening in other time zones. Some mornings are slow, and then the afternoon gets incredibly busy with emails and calls. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute I might be talking to a supplier and the next I’m helping pack a sample box. Rohini has changed a lot since we started here, with more shops and apartments popping up nearby. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls around the corner. The office doesn't have any fancy art on the walls or modern furniture. It’s just a functional space where we handle our business. We’ve got a good view of the street from the window, and we see the same people walking their dogs or heading to the market every day. It’s a steady kind of life. We focus on getting the shipments right and making sure the paperwork is in order so there are no delays at the port.
