We’ve been here at Hauz Qazi for quite a long time now. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy the Aggarwal Market area gets every single day. Our shop is on the second floor, right near the Chawri Bazar metro station, which makes it a little easier for people to find us among all the other shops on the main road. It’s a crowded spot, but it’s where all the tool business happens. We mostly deal with diamond tools and industrial stuff that people in the trade need for their daily projects. It’s a small team here, just a few of us handling the stock and talking to customers who come in. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space filled with boxes and equipment. People usually come to us because they know we have what they need for their cutting or grinding work. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor are a bit of a climb, but that’s just how these old buildings are. We keep things simple. We open up in the morning, sort out the orders, and help whoever walks through the door. It’s hard work because the market is always moving, but we enjoy being part of this community. We’ve seen the area change over the years, yet the demand for good tools stays the same. We just try to be honest about what we have in stock and get things done.
