Deepak Box Wala

We are located at the Kinari Bazarr area, specifically across units 2167, 2685, and 2696. It sounds like a lot of different spots, but that’s just how the numbering worked out as we needed more space for all the boxes. Making boxes is what we do all day. We have cardboard and paper everywhere you look. It’s a bit dusty and the smell of glue is something we don’t even notice anymore. People come to us when they need something to put their goods in, whether it’s for sweets or gifts. We aren't a big factory with robots; it’s mostly hands-on work with people cutting and folding. The lanes here are very narrow, so getting the raw materials in and the finished boxes out is always a bit of a struggle with the handcarts. We’ve been called Deepak Box Wala for a long time now. It’s a simple name for a simple business. We don't have a website or anything like that because most of our customers just walk in or call us from around the corner. Some days we are working late to finish a big order, and other days it’s just the usual pace. The noise of the market is always in the background, but we like the energy of it. It’s just a regular local business trying to make things that people actually use in their own shops. It isn't always glamorous, and my clothes usually have a bit of paste on them by the evening, but it’s a living.
