We've been here at 1550 in the Electrical Market for quite a while now. If you know Bhagirath Palace, you know how busy it gets every single day. It’s always crowded with people looking for wires, lights, and whatever else keeps the power running in their homes. Chandni Chowk has that specific energy that you just don't find anywhere else in Delhi. Our shop isn't fancy or anything, it's just a practical space where we keep our stock and talk to customers who drop by. Most days, we are just busy sorting out orders or helping someone find a specific part they can't get elsewhere. It's dusty, loud outside, and the tea guy comes around twice a day without fail. We deal with all sorts of electrical goods, mostly stuff for homes and small contractors who need things in a hurry. People come in, tell us what they need, and we try to get it for them from the stacks we have behind the counter. There’s no big fancy office here, just a simple counter and some chairs that have seen better days. We know the other shop owners around here pretty well by now. Sometimes we trade stories about the traffic or the heat. It’s just how things work in this part of town. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to for an invoice. Most of our work is face-to-face. If you’re ever navigating the narrow lanes of the palace, you’ll find us tucked away.
