Instead, we operate a bit more quietly within the Ashok Vihar neighborhood. Our main focus is exactly what the name says—wrapping things up. We have rolls of paper, ribbons, and different kinds of boxes everywhere you look. It started because we realized people often have the gift but do not have the time or the right materials to make it look presentable. The space we work in is often covered in little scraps of paper and bits of tape. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We do not have a big team of designers; it is just us using our hands to fold corners and tie knots. Ashok Vihar is a nice place to work because it feels like a real community. We see people from the nearby houses coming in when they have a wedding or a birthday party to attend. We do not try to be anything we are not. There are no corporate meetings or big strategies here. We just make sure we have enough tape and that the paper patterns are decent. Sometimes our fingers get a bit sore from all the cutting and folding, but that is just part of the day. We keep things simple and local, serving the people who live around this part of Ashok Vihar. It works for us.
