Our place is at House Number 29 on Street Number 2. It’s in B-Block of Parvatiya Anchal, over in the Burari Sant Nagar area. We are quite close to the IDBI ATM, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. It’s basically a house that we use for the distribution business. We have boxes stacked up in almost every room. Our day starts early when the deliveries arrive. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the right items go out to the right people. It is a lot of loading and unloading. Street Number 2 is pretty narrow, so it can be a struggle when the delivery vans are parked outside. The neighbors are patient with us, though. We aren't a big company with a warehouse and uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes trying to keep the orders moving. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to finish the paperwork. Burari is a crowded part of town, but we like the energy here. We drink a lot of water and tea during the day because of all the lifting. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the boxes. When someone calls for a delivery, we get it ready and send it off. That is pretty much our whole day, from morning until the last box is gone.
