The shop is located at Plot No. B-66/2 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. If you know where Krish Motor is, we are right near that spot. It makes it a lot easier for people to find us in all the heavy traffic. It is a loud neighborhood to work in. There is always the sound of metal being cut or someone hitting something with a heavy hammer. We have got a couple of lathes and some older milling machines. They still work better than the brand new stuff if you treat them with a bit of care. The concrete floor has seen a lot of oil spills over the decades. It is definitely not the cleanest place in the world. We get the engineering jobs done correctly, though. My father was the one who started this place. I have been working here since I was just a kid. We mostly do custom bits and pieces for the other small businesses that operate nearby. The air in Wazirpur is usually thick with the smell of metal and exhaust. You stop noticing that after the first hour of the shift. We keep a small electric kettle in the corner for making tea. That is how we start every single morning. There is a lot of paperwork piled up on the desk. I never seem to get through it all. The machines on the floor are what really matter. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in. That is just part of it.
