Accurate Tools is tucked away on the second floor of Aggarwal Market in Hauz Qazi. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with people and carts moving everywhere. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to reach 4778, but that’s where we keep everything. The rooms are filled with shelves of tools. We spend a lot of our day just organizing stock and checking off lists. Hauz Qazi has its own rhythm, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. It’s not a quiet place. You hear the shouting from the street and the constant clatter of metal. We deal with people who need specific tools for their shops or sites. Most customers know exactly what they want, so we just find it for them in the back. Sometimes the light in the market isn't great, but we manage. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s just about having the right tool when someone walks in. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for deliveries to arrive. The paperwork usually piles up on the desk, but we get through it. Being on the second floor means we don't get as many random walk-ins, just people who actually need something specific from us. It’s a tight space but it works for what we do.
