If you are looking for Abc Electric Co., you have to head into the heart of Bhagirath Palace. Our shop is at 1839 on the first floor. If you have ever been to this market, you know how it is. It is packed with people, wires, and boxes of lights everywhere you look. Getting up to the first floor can be a bit of a challenge when the stairs are crowded with people carrying heavy loads, but that is just the way business happens here. The walls of our place are covered with switches and wires, mostly just samples or things we need to reach quickly. It is a bit of an old building, so the ceilings are high but the space is narrow. We have been here quite a while. The floor is a bit uneven and the paint is peeling in some corners behind the racks. We don't really bother with making it look like a showroom because people who come here are looking for specific electrical parts, not a fancy carpet. There is usually a lot of shouting from the street below and the constant honking of horns. We usually have a small radio playing in the corner to drown out some of the noise. It is a hectic place to spend a day, but we are used to the rhythm of the market by now. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in.
