Radhika Texex Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is at G-16 in Sector 16. It’s a pretty standard industrial block, so all the buildings look a bit similar from the outside. Radhika Texex Pvt. Ltd. is written on the board near the gate, though it’s gotten a little dirty over the years. Inside, it’s a mix of an office and a storage area. We have a lot of shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, filled with all sorts of things. The light in the back isn’t the best, so we use some floor lamps to see what we’re doing. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer, trying to keep the logistics straight. Sector 16 can be a bit of a headache with parking, especially when the big trucks are trying to turn around in the narrow lanes. We’ve had to run out more than once to ask someone to move their bike. It’s not a glamorous job, and the air conditioning is a bit loud when it’s running, but we’re used to it. We don't really have any fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us surrounded by files and samples. We just try to keep our heads down and stay on top of the schedule. It’s just a regular workplace where we do our best to keep things running smoothly.
