Sara House is over at B-8 in Sector 4, and that is where we do all our work. It’s a decent-sized building, nothing too flashy, just functional. We handle the textile side of things here. If you come by, you’ll see people moving between the office and the storage areas. It’s a lot of coordination. Sector 4 can get busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their units. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to make sure we have what we need. It isn't a high-pressure environment in the way people think, but there is always something that needs doing. Sometimes we have too much stock and not enough space, so we have to get creative with the shelves. We don't go in for fancy titles or complicated ways of doing things. We just talk to each other and figure it out. The air conditioning in the back isn't the best, so we keep the fans going most of the year. It's just a workplace like any other. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the weather or the traffic. Our focus is really just on the day's tasks. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to keep the business running smoothly and get the orders right. It's honest work and we have been at it for a long time.
