Westend Barshala Private Limited

Our place is located at Rz P-51-B in Raj Nagar II, which is part of the Palam Colony area. Westend Barshala is where we handle our bar and food business. Palam is a real, working-class part of New Delhi. It’s not like the fancy parts of the city, but it has a lot of heart. Our building is pretty easy to find once you get into Raj Nagar. We spend our days making sure the stock is full and the staff is ready for the evening. It’s a lot of manual work. We aren't sitting in leather chairs behind big desks. Usually, we’re checking crates or talking to the kitchen crew about the day's supplies. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy with all the traffic and people moving around, but we like the energy. We don't have a polished website or a bunch of marketing people telling us what to do. We just know what our customers like and we try to provide it. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. That’s just part of owning a local business. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the people around here know us. We’re just trying to run a decent place where people can come and relax. It’s a lot of hours, but it’s our own thing. Most nights we stay late to make sure everything is shut down properly for the next day.
