Welgrow Cullinary Llp

Welgrow Cullinary Llp is tucked away in the Gyan Shakti Apartment complex in Dwarka Sector 6. We are up on the 6th floor in unit 1603. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually a bit quieter than the main markets. Working with culinary stuff means our space often smells like whatever we are testing or preparing that day. It’s not a huge commercial kitchen, more like a focused workspace where we figure out recipes and food ideas. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting around a lot when we have deliveries. We started this because we liked the idea of doing something with food, and it just grew from there. There are only a few of us, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from washing dishes to writing down ingredient lists. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the food stuff we handle is good. Some days are more disorganized than others, especially when we're trying out something new and it doesn't work. But that’s just how the culinary world goes. Being in Sector 6 is convenient for us since it’s easy to get to. We just keep doing our thing up here on the sixth floor and try to stay out of everyone’s way. It’s just us, some pots and pans, and a lot of paperwork.
