We've been at Plot No Z 14 in Adeepak Vihar for a while now. Vikas Nagar is a busy place, and our spot here is right in the middle of it. Most mornings start early, usually before the sun is even fully up, when the first vegetable trucks come through the narrow streets. It’s a lot of work getting everything ready, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We started Vees Catering Services Llp because we liked the idea of making food for people’s big days, like weddings or small house parties. The kitchen here isn't fancy, just a practical space where we can get the job done without any fuss. Sometimes the lanes get a bit crowded when we're loading up the vans, but the neighbors are mostly used to us by now. We spend most of our time worrying about the freshness of the onions or if the rice is cooked just right. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets incredibly hot in Delhi, but we keep the fans going and stay on our feet. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything, just this place in Vikas Nagar where we do our prep and cooking. People around here know where to find us if they need something for a family function. We just try to do honest work and make sure no one goes away hungry after an event. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here.
